This Notice covers the EngineerTrade.io website, institutional qualification and contact forms, and gated research access materials (together, the “Services”).

Information you provide: name, organization, institutional email, role, and messages you submit through forms. We do not purchase data from brokers.
Technical information: privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand site performance (see “Analytics”). No tracking cookies or cross-site profiling.
How We Use Information
- Review institutional qualification and respond to inquiries;
- Provide, secure, and improve the Services; measure aggregate usage;
- Maintain records consistent with governance and compliance expectations.

Where applicable, processing relies on legitimate interests (responding to institutional inquiries, securing the site, aggregated analytics) and consent (when you submit a form).
Analytics (Plausible)
We use Plausible Analytics, which is lightweight, cookieless, and does not track individuals across sites. Measurements are aggregated and anonymized.
Form Processing & Communications
Form submissions route to support@engineertrade.io. We use your details solely to correspond and manage institutional access requests.
Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information to service providers (hosting, forms, analytics) under contracts that limit their use to providing services to us, or if required by law.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months after last interaction unless governance/compliance needs require longer or you request deletion sooner.
International Transfers
Information may be processed in countries different from yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Email support@engineertrade.io with the subject “Privacy Request” and your jurisdiction (EU, UK, California). We will verify and respond within applicable timelines.
Children’s Privacy
Our Services are for institutional professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or under 13 where applicable).
Changes to This Notice
We may update this Notice. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
